As a veteran of DOD contract work, MECx will be sharing the experience and insight that we have gained from doing business with DOD agencies and from our experience with federal contracting via a brief presentation and discussion.

Providing for the Nation’s security requires an effective partnership between the military and the small business community. As a SDVOSB, MECx takes great pride in the men and women of our armed forces. We and the military both recognize that providing for the Nation’s security requires a strong partnership and open communication between the military and the small business community.

This conference brings MECx and other leaders of the small business community together with the government (Small Business Administration and Department of Defense) to discuss timely topics, including recent changes affecting small businesses. Richard Cartwright will be meeting with key Government decision makers from Washington and field commanders who conduct acquisitions to discuss upcoming military projects and needs. The conference provides a forum for open exchange of information and ideas between senior government officials and small business leaders.
