MECX's In-Situ Chemical Oxidation (ISCO) processes are recognized as some of the most rapid and cost-effective family of innovative treatment technologies to remediate organic contaminants in groundwater and saturated soils.

 

Our ISCO processes use innovative application procedures and proprietary formulations of reagents, which are applied directly into the area of concern through direct-push or temporary application wells using a carefully controlled and monitored low-temperature and low-pressure approach. The reagents oxidize sorbed and dissolved contaminants in-situ, without producing waste streams that require permitting, treatment, disposal or long-term operation and maintenance.

 

The principal advantage of our ISCO/ESCO processes over other remediation treatments is the rapid and complete destruction of organic contaminants.

 

We dial in the most effective treatment strategy using our empirically derived computer modeling program that we have developed and refined from laboratory and field applications over the past 20 years.
