Larry serves as MECX ’s Health & Safety Director and manager of remediation project field operations.

Special Qualifications

Larry is the Director of Midwest Operations in MECX ’s Chicago office where he supports the firm's activities on projects throughout North and South America. He is highly experienced in environmental consulting in the areas of site assessment, environmental compliance, field work oversight, underground storage tank (UST) removal, remediation system design, construction/maintenance and emergency response.

He has also managed preparation of project plans for EPA Superfund remedial investigation and feasibility study (RI/FS) projects and then assisted with the subsequent RI reporting and technical memoranda. Larry has managed field work for construction projects, EPA Superfund RI/FS projects and hazardous waste remediation projects under federal and state jurisdiction.
